We have a signing to announce today within the Montreal Canadiens' organization, as the Trois-Rivières Lions have given us a hint.

It has finally been confirmed.
"Maxim Trépanier will start his very first season with the Trois-Rivières Lions on October 20th!

The forward will certainly contribute to the Lions' offense, being recognized as a born scorer!

Welcome to the team Maxim!"

Indeed, it is the young Maxime Trépanier who has just been signed.
Trépanier, 24 years old, is from St-Jean-sur-Richelieu and he is a forward.
He played in the LHJMQ from 2015 to 2020, notably accumulating 33 points in 29 games in 2019 with the Gatineau Olympiques, 42 points in 30 games in 2020 with the Halifax Mooseheads, and 21 points in 23 games with the Shawinigan Cataractes in 2020.
Last season, he was playing at the university level and did well (22 points in 20 games).
We look forward to seeing him with the Lions and attempt to climb the ranks.
More details will follow.
