Jeff Petry's wife has just made a special post
Following the announcement of the trade sending Jeff Petry back to the Montreal Canadiens, many of us went to check his wife Julie's page.
We are still awaiting her reaction.
That said, it allowed us to see that she made a post earlier today, just a few minutes before the trade between Montreal and Pittsburgh, to tell an absolutely magical story that occurred in the Petry family's life over the past few days.

The suitcases were secretly packed, I told them (the children) we were going to the airport for a passport appointment... They didn't know we were flying to New York City! 48 hours in the city that never sleeps, to see all the big buildings, take a real yellow taxi, go to the Statue of Liberty, experience the hustle and bustle in the streets, see a Broadway show, and the cherry on top... watch Boyd's beloved Yankees live at Yankee Stadium!
