Catastrophe: the Canadiens announce a serious injury for Kirby Dach, and forward Joshua Roy officially has a good chance of being called up
The worst is unfortunately confirmed.
The Montreal Canadiens have just announced that forward Kirby Dach has a "significant" injury and he will be out for an extended period.
This is obviously a huge blow to the club, and even though the season is not even a week old, it's already starting over.
"Kirby Dach is seriously injured. He is out long-term. Still undergoing diagnosis, more news will come in the next few hours or days, according to the Tricolore." - Via Eric Engels
Dach, 22 years old, 6 feet 4 inches, and 220 pounds, had two points in two games this season. He had started very well."
