Many journalists believe that it's over for Stamkos at Tampa Bay, and many journalists actually think he has a chance to end up with the Canadiens.

He does not believe there will be discussions about Stamkos anywhere but in Tampa Bay, and he does not seem to imagine a scenario in which Stamkos signs with another team, like the Montreal Canadiens for example.

Stamkos, 34 years old, is a 1st overall pick in 2008 and he still amassed a very solid 81 points in 79 games this season, including 40 goals.
Yes, he is 34 years old, but he is still one of the best players in the world and he loves hockey.
