Matvei Michkov Opens Up About Demidov Friendship and Drops Surprise Praise for Lane Hutson

In an interview with journalist Sergey Demidov, young Philadelphia Flyers forward Matvei Michkov spoke about fellow forward Ivan Demidov.
There had been many rumors on this topic, but Michkov confirmed that he is indeed very close with Ivan Demidov and that the two talk very often.
Michkov also seems to be keeping a close eye on what's happening with the Montreal Canadiens, not just because of his friend Demidov, but also, quite clearly, because he's watching none other than Lane Hutson.

He had a really solid season.
He scored a lot of points and excelled on the power play.
I really like his game.
I actually saw him in 2020 at the Winter Youth Olympic Games.
