The Nashville Predators are nearing a contract agreement with Steven Stamkos, according to early reports.

Mike Commodore and Pierre LeBrun have confirmed that the Nashville Predators are actively negotiating with Steven Stamkos. Although the deal is not finalized, the Predators are currently the front-runners.
All signs still point to Nashville being the front-runner for Steven Stamkos. Still nothing finalized obviously.

The Nashville Predators are gearing up for a hectic free agency period. Steven Stamkos is just one of several players they are targeting. With Stamkos potentially joining, the Predators aim to boost their roster significantly after a disappointing 2023-24 season. Stay tuned for updates as the negotiations continue to unfold.
In another shocking move, the Nashville Predators have also signed 2023 Conn Smythe Trophy winner Jonathan Marchessault from the Vegas Golden Knights. This acquisition is a major step for the Predators as they seek to improve their offensive lineup following a season where they missed the playoffs. Jonathan Marchessault's addition is expected to bring considerable firepower and experience to the team.
