The head coach of the Montreal Canadiens, Martin St-Louis, is opening up more and more during press conferences with journalists.

His insights are always heartfelt and sincere, and if we talk about them when things aren't going well, we must also highlight them when things improve.

The famous "never too high, never too low," is something Martin St-Louis seems to have fully embraced.

Some criticize him for not getting angry enough when things go very badly, but on the flip side, he doesn't get overly excited when things go very well. A true professional.

Let's admit it, as the Canadiens prepare to face Connor McDavid and the Edmonton Oilers, the team's last game vs Columbus was very positive.

Martin St-Louis admits he was afraid things might spiral out of control for his team again

Over the past few games, the Habs seem to have tightened up their play, particularly against the Wild and the Blue Jackets last Thursday and Saturday.
