Juraj Slafkovsky made an unexpected gesture towards a teammate
The young forward for the Canadiens, Juraj Slafkovsky, is experiencing an absolutely incredible end of season alongside Nick Suzuki and Cole Caufield.
Last night, his hat trick seemed to top it all off, and it's extremely encouraging for what's to come.
Aside from his obvious progress, another element seems to have changed everything for the young Slovak forward.
Confidence!
Slafkovsky is so much more confident on the ice, and it directly translates into results.
A fan even identified a little sequence that no expert noticed last night, but which says so much about Slafkovsky's level of confidence.
A pass from Slafkovsky to Cole Caufield that says a lot!
«Was it necessary? No.
A bit arrogant? Yes.
Did I like it? Yes, absolutely.»
Here's two seconds showing a young player who is full of confidence and having fun.
A little flair, a small pass between the legs worthy of the greats, and it turned into a nice scoring chance for Cole Caufield. We love it.
