In the last few minutes via an official statement, the Montreal Canadiens organization made the least surprising announcement of the season!

Yes, Nick Suzuki has won the Molson Cup for the month of February.

Suzuki, recipient of the Molson Cup

He has been incredible since his return from the All-Star game, with 17 points in 11 games during the month of February, which is a pace of 126 points per season.

Suzuki is probably playing the best hockey of his career right now.

He has 59 points in 60 games in total, and he is on track to achieve his much-coveted goal of 80 points. It's been a long time since we've seen this with the Canadiens!

«Forward Nick Suzuki is the Molson Cup recipient for the month of February.

Suzuki was selected first star of the game twice (Feb. 6 in Washington and Feb. 13 against Anaheim) and second star of the game on three occasions (Feb. 10 against Dallas, Feb. 17 against Washington and Feb. 29 in Florida). In 11 games in February, the captain led the team and finished second in the NHL with 11 goals. His team-leading 17 points ranked him seventh among the League's top scorers during that span, tied with Matthew Tkachuk.» - Montreal Canadiens
