A special scene unfolds in the Canadiens' locker room after their shootout win over the Jets

Once again, this video gives us exclusive access behind the scenes and allows us to see what happened in the team's locker room after securing an important victory.

Notably, we can see that Martin St-Louis continues to stay close to his players. He remained in the locker room to congratulate each one of them (including Cole Caufield), and St-Louis spent time with his team after the game. It's rare to see that from an NHL head coach, and it's the kind of small gesture that says a lot!

Speaking of Demidov, he likely played his best game since arriving with the Canadins. It was beautiful to see! That said, Oliver Kapanen definitely deserved to have Montembeault award him the famous wolf head as player of the game.

In the end, the Montreal Canadiens won 3-2 in a shootout against the Winnipeg Jets, thanks in part to a 29-save performance on 31 shots by the young Dobes (0.935 save percentage).

In the win, Oliver Kapanen and Juraj Slafkovsky scored the two goals, while Cole Caufield closed the book in the shootout. Martin St-Louis' squad is back in action this Saturday, live from Toronto, against struggling Maple Leafs.
