The Canadiens' season is coming to an end with only 12 games left on the clock. However, the club's staff will have some big decisions to make, including the one regarding their current head coach, Martin St-Louis.
The latter, who is still in an interim role according to the Canadiens' website, does not seem to have decided yet on his future with the club. According to what Elliotte Friedman reports in his latest 32Thoughts, a decision will be made at the end of the season, and not before.
"Martin St. Louis, on when he makes his decision to coach next year: 'I'm thinking at the end of the season. Right now, it wouldn't be fair to the players, to anybody, for me to focus on that. Things take care of themselves, we just have to keep the focus on what we're trying to do right now." I think we know what Canadiens fans want." - Elliotte Friedman
The Sportsnet reporter says it best, fans have embraced St. Louis and, for the most part, would like to see him back in charge next season. It seems, from what we understand, that this is his decision!
