Yesterday, towards the very end of the game between the Canadiens and the Ottawa Sens, live from the Bell Centre, young defenseman Justin Barron appeared to be injured and it looked painful:
We were hoping to see him at practice today, but finally, bad news, it is not the case.
"Justin Barron, Paul Byron and
Nick Suzuki are not participating in practice (therapy day)." - Montreal Canadiens
The fact that Barron is out today, undergoing treatment is not good news, it's not encouraging, but it doesn't mean the injury is serious either.
We will have more details in the next few hours.
As for Suzuki, he is often absent for treatment, which seems to indicate that he has a little something wrong with him.
