As you know, the Montreal Canadiens' young defenseman, Justin Barron, has been out for a few games due to a lower body injury.
We had no reason to believe that the injury in question was significant... until tonight!
Barron was injured late in the game during the Canadiens' matchup with the Ottawa Sens, live from the Bell Centre:
We have some news tonight, and the news is not good!
"Justin Barron spoke with his older brother, Morgan, after the game. Justin is wearing an orthopedic walking boot on his right leg. A return to play by the end of the season seems unlikely." - JF Chaumont
Definitely not the update Habs fans (and Rocket fans) were hoping for. We're talking about an injury that would have possibly ended his 2021-22 season.
More details to follow!
