Since the hiring of Martin St-Louis as head coach of the Montreal Canadiens, everyone has been praising his way of communicating with the players, which is really different from more experienced head coaches.

To compare, a video of Michel Therrien has just surfaced and is making the rounds on the web right now. (So much so that "Therrien" was Trending on Twitter yesterday)

Watching the footage in question, we see the former Habs coach having a rather animated discussion with a certain PK Subban. Check out the result:

Let's bet that with Martin St-Louis, the speech would have been very different.
