Unreal scene: A 42-year-old referee allegedly attacked a 10-year-old in the middle of a game and was arrested by police
As reported by the TVA network, a referee is currently in hot water and facing serious allegations.
The video has been removed, but the 42-year-old man has been arrested in Quebec City, according to TVA Sports. See a summary of the facts:

So it's a 10 year old, an Atom age player, who would have been victimized by a 42 year old referee. The youth was participating in a minor hockey game refereed by the suspect.
According to witnesses who were present at the game, the referee involved here would have given a severe "deliberate" elbow directly in the abdomen of the youngster, which caused a huge reaction from the spectators who witnessed the angry scene.
Other witnesses added that it was a blow apparently given "for no reason" and that it was definitely not to end a skirmish.
