The Carolina Hurricanes added a new ex-Montreal Canadiens player on Monday at the NHL trade deadline.

Domi, 27, has 32 points in 53 games with the Columbus Blue Jackets this season and will play his first game with the Canes tonight. (against the Dallas Stars)

Teuvo Teravainen - Sebastian Aho - Seth Jarvis

Andrei Svechnikov - Vincent Trocheck - Martin Necas

Nino Niederreiter - Jordan Staal - Jesper Fast

Max Domi - Jesperi Kotkaniemi - Derek Stepan

or, if you prefer :

Domi (5.3 million salary) - Kotkaniemi (6.1 million salary) - Stepan (1.4 million)

It will be interesting to see what Domi and KK can do on the Hurricanes' fourth line and especially if they can be used well, considering their role as fourth line players.
