In the last few seconds, in order to free up a spot in the Montreal Canadiens lineup to insert Joel Edmundson, the organization announced the following:
"The Canadiens have placed forward Evgenii Dadonov on the injured list." - Montreal Canadiens

Evgenii Dadonov placed on the injured list, in connection with his illness, according to the official version of the club.
