At first glance, it seems like a very little piece of news, but if you look closely, it doesn't make sense. Aaron Dell, the organization's new goalie, has decided to go with the number 30.
Fans then recalled that this number should be considered untouchable, as it belonged to the team's former star goalie, Ryan Miller. Some fans showed their displeasure, thanks to many reactions.
"I'm sure Aaron Dell is a nice guy, but unless Miller decided to let Dell wear 30, the Sabres shouldn't have assigned the number of the winningest American goalie in history to an ordinary goalie."
