Suzuki reveals a big clue about the CH's new lineup for next year, with the addition of Slafkovsky
When the Canadiens' management took to the podium on Thursday night to announce the selection of Juraj Slafkovsky, it was noticeable that Nick Suzuki was present with the team's management.
When Kent Hughes announced the team's first pick at the microphone, one Cole Caufield was quick to text his good friend Suzuki to express how excited he was about Slafkovsky joining the Habs, as reported by David St-Jean of Marqueur.com.
As for No. 14, he also showed his joy and said he was very much looking forward to playing with the 18-year-old Slovak winger.
Suzuki even mentioned that the Habs' management will not hesitate to place Slafkovsky on their trio to have success quickly. Interesting!
So we could really see the following trio, next October: Nick Suzuki (center) with Cole Caufield and Juraj Slafkovsky on the wings.
