Surprise turnaround for Anthony Richard ahead of tonight's game

In the last few seconds, a few Montreal Canadiens players jumped on the ice for the day's optional practice, in anticipation of tonight's showdown against the Florida Panthers.

Unfortunately, Anthony Richard is one of those players:
"Anthony Richard is participating in optional practice this morning in Sunrise. So Richard should be on the press box.

Michael Pezzetta is also on the ice. Ditto for Chris Wideman.

So Brendan Gallagher and Evgenii Dadonov could return to the game." - J-F Chaumont

We'll have to wait for final confirmation from Martin St. Louis, but all signs point to the following changes:
RICHARD & PEZZETTA OUT
DADONOV & GALLAGHER IN.
These are surprising changes, especially in the case of Dadonov and Richard, and it's not unanimous, but it's the head coach's decision.
