A personnel move involving Rem Pitlick and an official statement regarding Mike Hoffman."The Canadiens have placed forward Mike Hoffman on the injured list. Forward Rem Pitlick has been recalled from the Laval Rocket and will join the team in Calgary." - Montreal Canadiens
As for Pitlick, who has just been recalled from Laval, it will be interesting to see if he gets another opportunity to showcase himself.
He has six points in nine games this season with the Rocket in the AHL.
This personnel move allows the Habs to go into the trip with 13 forwards at their disposal, not 12.
