Official Montreal Canadiens press release regarding Mike Hoffman
PUBLICATION
Jeff Drouin
November 1, 2022 (5:11 PM)
In anticipation of tonight's game against the Minnesota Wild, the Montreal Canadiens organization has issued an official statement confirming changes to Martin St-Louis' roster.
This is bad news for veteran Mike Hoffman
While some commentators have been speculating that Drouin should go with the Laval Rocket, the Quebecer is back in the CH lineup, and we're really looking forward to seeing how he responds to the call.
As for Mike Hoffman, he will miss his first game of the season, as he quickly moved from the first line to the stands. A frustrating situation for him.
Hoffman, 32, has two points in nine games this season with the Habs (one goal). He earns 4.5 million per season until 2024.
Do you agree with this decision?
Full lines:
Caufield-Suzuki-Dach
Anderson-Dvorak-Gallagher
Drouin-Monahan-Armia
Pitlick-Evans-Slafkovsky
Defensemen:
Guhle-Savard
Xhekaj-Wideman
Harris-Kovacevic
Jake Allen will be the starting goalie. Note that tonight's game will be at 8pm, not 7pm. What is your prediction for the game?
