We've talked about it many times over the past few months, but Montreal Canadiens head coach Martin St-Louis is truly special.

He is a true enthusiast and he keeps proving it. Look at the incredible gesture he made again this morning:

"Martin St-Louis takes several minutes of his time after practice to work "one on one" with Rem Pitlick, who will be left out for tonight's game." - Patrick Friolet, RDS

You have to understand that this is completely unexpected and unusual for an NHL head coach to do this. In the middle of a game day, a few hours before a big game, Martin St-Louis took several minutes of his precious time, to work, one-on-one, with a player who doesn't even play the game on the night.

It's really special, we can't say it often enough, and it really says a lot about St-Louis. Check out the pictures:

An extremely encouraging gesture for the future of the Montreal Canadiens (and one that can make a big difference)
