The Seattle Kraken have agreed to a two-year contract worth $4 million per season with defenseman Vince Dunn. Ron Francis selected the young defenseman in the expansion draft from the St. Louis Blues.
Dunn will be one of the pillars of the Kraken's defense for years to come, especially on the power play. The young Canadian defenseman has scored 24, 35, 23 and 20 points respectively since his arrival in the NHL. He is only 24 years old. He was a second round pick of the St. Louis Blues in the 2015 NHL Entry Draft.
Marc Bergevin will obviously have to give up the idea of obtaining the services of the young defenseman, he who was greatly interested in him last year.
