Major transaction alert: Jakob Chychrun has been traded
We were telling you about it last night, it was imminent, well it would now be done.
Defenseman Jakob Chychrun would be traded to the Los Angeles Kings in a monster deal!
Remember that in exchange for Chychrun, the Arizona Coyotes were asking for the equivalent of three first round picks.

As first reported by Nick Kypreos, the 8th overall pick in 2021, the dynamic Brandt Clarke, would be involved in the trade and he would move to Arizona.
Brandt Clarke is still so young, but all indications are that the Kings' management took a big risk in letting him go. He could definitely become a much better player than Chychrun.
As we know in Montreal, it's risky to trade a very promising young defenseman.
That doesn't seem to sit well with Kings fans, who (rightly) loved the potential of the young Clarke.
