It has just been confirmed from reliable sources that star player Shohei Ohtani is on his way to Toronto today.

Let's recall that in the past few hours, we learned that an announcement would likely be made today in this case.

We cannot confirm 100% that the contract is signed, but Ohtani is on his way to Toronto as we speak. It's huge.
