The Bell Centre was ablaze yesterday as the Montreal Canadiens put on a solid performance against the Toronto Maple Leafs and in the end, the home team escaped with a 4-2 victory.

The Montreal-Toronto rivalry was very present on the ice and it even continued on social networks after the game.

As you know, it was Paul Byron who played the hero at the end of the third period by scoring the winning goal and giving his team the lead. (3 à 2)

Leafs fans were not happy that the goal was awarded and believe they were robbed because, in their opinion, there should have been a penalty for tripping their star player Auston Matthews, on the same sequence.

It seems really accidental on Byron's part, and it doesn't seem like a penalty, but Leafs fans are convinced it could have changed everything for their favorites.

Do you think there's any controversy here? In my opinion, not at all.
