In the last few minutes, and as reported by TVA Sports network, forward Joel Armia has reacted for the very first time following his assignment to the Laval Rocket.
Armia Announces His Intentions!
The Finn has announced that he will play for the Rocket and that he will give it his all.
We love it, especially since he clearly has the talent to completely dominate the AHL and to lend a serious hand to the CH's farm team.
«Obviously, everyone here wants to be in the NHL so I'm going to behave like a pro and do everything I can while I'm here.»
Armia
He was also asked if he thought he would be recalled soon by the Habs.
«I have no idea. To be honest, it's not in my hands so I have to be patient. That's all I can do.»
Armia
He also expressed enthusiasm about being among a very talented and promising young team, with lots of great prospects.
«There are so many good young players in this group. I don't know if I've seen so many young players with so much skill. Plus, it's a good group of individuals.
I'm going to be a pro on and off the ice every day to set a good example.»
Armia
He really seems to be arriving in Laval with the right attitude, and we love it.
