It was the rookie dinner in Chicago yesterday and the kids had to pay a very large bill at the restaurant!

It was a perfect scenario for the Montreal Canadiens players yesterday. After a great shootout win, the team had a great night in Chicago.

The CH boys took advantage of the long weekend off to organize the famous rookie dinner.


During his post-game media availability, Brendan Gallagher set the table nicely on that famous night that always seems to be memorable for the team's rookies.



Looking at the two bottles that were featured on social media, it was most likely a very steep bill for the Tricolore's youngsters. Fortunately, this year there are plenty of them to share the cost of the expensive dinner with Arber Xhekaj, Kaiden Guhle, Juraj Slafkovsky, Jordan Harris and Johnathan Kovacevic, who are all rookie players.
