Huge surprise for Carey Price: we have just learned that everything has changed due to a doctor's discovery
We were talking about it last night, but Dr. David Mulder's press conference turned out to be major and extremely interesting.
When asked about Carey Price's famous injury, he was incredibly transparent.
It was the first time in several years that we had so many answers regarding Carey.
See two of his major quotes, as transcribed by TVA Sports network.
It concerns the injury of the CH's franchise goalie.
«It was very frustrating for us and doubly so for him. We realized that he had two injuries," while explaining that it was during a first surgery that they had the very bad surprise that a second major injury was discovered.
It explains a lot when you think about it.
«He was injured in the meniscus so we sent him to New York for surgery and during that, the surgeon noticed that the femur had lost all its cartilage. It was a surprise and that's what ended his career."
Dr. Mulder
We highly recommend listening to the entire press conference. It's heavy.
