Earlier today, following the Montreal Canadiens' morning practice, forward Josh Anderson was called in front of the media, and as you can guess, he was asked about the famous goal he scored yesterday (the one that was first awarded to Jonathan Drouin)

Check out what he had to say, as reported by the excellent Priyanta Emrith.

Josh Anderson, on his goal last night originally credited to Jonathan Drouin: "I thought it was his too, right? At the end of the day, it's like that."

Josh Anderson on the goal originally credited to Jonathan Drouin: "I heard them announce it [as Drouin's goal] and I was congratulating him on the bench because I know how much it would have meant to him..."

Josh Anderson on Jonathan Drouin's reaction to the goal change to credit it to Andy: "we still didn't really know until 5-10 minutes after the game and we were just hanging out but he came up to me, he let it go, he didn't care..."

Josh Anderson on Jonathan Drouin: "He knows he's been playing really well and obviously they're going to come up eventually and not about (the goals for Drouin) - look - the next game he scores two. You just have to have a little luck and a favorable jump.

He really agreed to elaborate in detail on the subject, and that's a credit to him. For full press briefings:
