Great news about one of the Montreal Canadiens top prospects! Young defenseman Kaiden Guhle, the Tricolore's first round pick in 2020 (16th overall), has just learned that he should be in uniform to start the playoffs. The doctors are optimistic.
Guhle, who has been out of action since March 12 due to an injury sustained in a fight, should indeed (finally) be back in action on April 21.
This is a major date for him and his team, because it will also be the start of the Western Hockey League (WHL) playoffs and his team, the Edmonton Oil Kings, will face the Lethbridge Hurricanes.
Hopefully they will be able to count on their excellent number one defenseman, acquired in a major trade earlier this year.
Guhle, 20, 6-foot-2, 200 pounds, has 40 points in 42 games this season with the Prince Albert Raiders and Edmonton Oil Kings. (+22 rating)
Can't wait to see him play in the playoffs, his team could go very far.
