Gary Bettman and the NHL have just made a major announcement for fans
In the last few minutes, Gary Bettman and the NHL have made a significant announcement, and it concerns the league's official jerseys.
The Adidas jersey era in the NHL is officially (already) coming to an end, and a new official supplier is taking over.
The NHL has just confirmed that the league indeed has a new major partner:
"The NHL and its long-time partner, Fanatics, announced today a new 10-year agreement that, starting with the 2024-25 season, will see Fanatics become the authentic on-ice uniform supplier for the NHL and the authentic retail jersey provider."

The news has been confirmed by the company. This means that from now on, the official jerseys you purchase will no longer be Adidas but Fanatics instead.
This is a major decision by the Bettman-led league!
The decision to go with this new supplier has disappointed fans, considering the mediocre quality of their products since their release in 2017. It has been a topic of discussion since this morning.
Stay tuned, but this is certainly another significant turning point for the league.
