Disturbing scene involving Alexander Romanov

During yesterday's game between the New York Islanders and the Arizona Coyotes, we witnessed a disturbing scene, as young defenseman Alexander Romanov received a powerful shot right in the family jewels.
To make matters worse, in addition to being in extreme pain, Romanov accidentally deflected the puck into his own net, yes, with his family jewels.
An unusual and very painful scene:
Ouch! You can guess that Romanov was in pain on the sequence, and not just about.
Let's hope it's not too serious.
