The agent of number 22, Pat Brisson, recently confirmed on 98.5FM that his client is indeed very happy in town.
The veteran agent is quite happy to see Caufield having success this season. He says the second half of last season, which coincided with the arrival of Martin St-Louis behind the CH bench, helped build on the positives to start the current campaign.
Speaking of Caufield's agent, he will certainly have a lot of work to do with his client in the coming weeks. Caufield is in the final year of his NHL entry-level contract and will likely skip the bridge contract in his next deal. For the CH's sake, this deal will have to be done sooner rather than later.
