After he was surprisingly scratched from his team's lineup by Martin St-Louis last night, many believed that young defenseman Arber Xhekaj would be immediately sent down to the Laval Rocket.
That was the rumor circulating. Finally, we have our answer.
The Canadiens send down a player, but not Arber Xhekaj
The verdict has come down. In the early hours of the night, the CH did indeed announce a send-down, but not of Xhekaj!
