The Montreal Canadiens could see one of their leaders soon, as Paul Byron skated this morning and he looked in great shape.
Number 41 looks very comfortable on skate and his hands move with ease. A positive sign for his eventual return to the game. The Habs could benefit greatly from his presence in the dressing room and on the ice, as the team is full of injured players.
On the Laval Rocket side, a certain Joel Teasdale could return to the game by the holidays. He has increased his intensity level in practice, which is very positive. The 22-year-old played in only 26 games last year, collecting 18 points in the process. He had to undergo a second major knee surgery, which kept him out of the game for almost a year.
