Clearly, we are in a period where players are making big decisions.
After Fred Allard yesterday, today another defenseman leaves the Montreal Canadiens organization directly.
"Defenseman Otto Leskinen leaves the Montreal Canadiens organization as he signed, on Wednesday, a two-year contract with Tappara Tampere, a team from the Finnish Elite League for which he briefly played in 2021-2022," from TVA Sports network.
For the second time in a few years, 26-year-old Leskinen leaves the Habs organization to go to Europe (both times to join the SM-liiga).
Leskinen played 24 games this season with the Laval Rocket and collected eight points. In total, he has played six games with the Montreal Canadiens.
More details to follow.
