The Canadiens lost tonight in overtime, 4-3, to the Dallas Stars. In addition to the spectacular performance of the Cole Caufield-Nick Suzuki duo, what drew most of the attention was the controversial winning goal by the visitors.
Here is John Klingberg's goal in overtime, note Tyler Seguin's stick:See what head coach Martin St-Louis had to say about it:
As for Jake Allen, he said he doesn't normally like to make waves in situations like this, but he's convinced the goal was not good and that Seguin committed obstruction.
