In recent years, the decisions of the NHL's player safety department have been the subject of much discussion.
Many have been controversial, and fans have complained about a serious lack of consistency, especially since George Parros took over as head of player safety.
He has the final say and hands out suspensions.
Speaking of questionable decisions and a serious lack of consistency, (another) very embarrassing video for George Parros and the NHL just surfaced.
Two clips that clearly prove how inconsistent the NHL's player safety department is in its decisions:
Two games that look absolutely identical and in the end, one player is suspended two games, while the other gets a small fine of $3750. Ouch.
