While many believe that defenseman Jeff Petry had definitively ruled out anything related to the Montreal Canadiens, this was not the case, and a photo has just surfaced to prove it.
As the team at Hockey Le Magazine just published, Julie Petry had recently posted a superb photo with Jeff, but also with none other than Cole Caufield!
We know two great friends who must be eagerly looking forward to being teammates again!

Petry indeed had a very close relationship with the young Caufield, and it seems to have continued over the last few months.
It's beautiful to see, and if Jeff Petry actually starts the season with the Canadiens, it would mean another big brother for Cole.
Do not underestimate him.
