We are talking about the cruel lack of leadership in the current edition of the Montreal Canadiens, but the fact remains that some players have a bit of it.
Nick Suzuki, Paul Byron, Brendan Gallagher, Ben Chiarot, Josh Anderson, Artturi Lehkonen, Michael Pezzetta and Tyler Toffoli are some of the great things about this. There is a hint of leadership within them, which is positive.
Toffoli is one of the assistant captains of the group, and then, for this seven-day break, he made sure that Jake Evans was well-surrounded by bringing him and his family, as if he were his younger brother.

Is this not proof that Toffoli must be part of the solution for the restructuring of the Montreal Canadiens? The team will need good veterans to surround their youth, then Toffoli is able to play this role brilliantly.
