Major turn of events for the Wild just before the game
To everyone's surprise and just minutes before game two of their series against the Dallas Stars, the Minnesota Wild has made an unexpected announcement.
The hero of game one for them, Filip Gustavsson, will be warming the bench tonight. It's not him, but Marc-André Fleury who will be in goal for Minnesota. Wow!
See the possible explanation here :
Recall that Gustavsson stopped 51 of the 53 shots (!) directed at him during the Wild's victory on Monday.
That being said, we are extremely happy for Fleury, who is an extraordinary athlete and truly deserves it.
More details will follow.
