A Colorado journalist just made a disturbing revelation about Alex Newhook and his lost spot with the Avalanche
Yesterday afternoon, Alex Newhook gave his very first press conference as a player for the Montreal Canadiens.
He answered many questions from journalists, including one that particularly attracted attention all the way to Colorado.

Following this statement, as you can see, many Colorado fans burst into comments saying that Newhook has absolutely no reason to make such a statement and that he had all the necessary opportunities with the Avalanche.
He simply failed to seize them.

That explains why he would have lost the "keys" to the Avalanche's second trio.
Regardless, Newhook will now have a brand new start with Martin St-Louis and we are very confident that he will be able to take advantage of it and that he will bloom.
It might seem worrying to see that he completely lost his spot in Colorado, but he's only 22 years old!
