Prison for Milan Lucic? Shocking new details revealed and we just learned why he argued with his wife
This is a case where information is being revealed bit by bit, and there's new information regarding the arrest of forward Milan Lucic.
Still, according to the information from the renowned Frank Seravalli, during a serious argument with his wife, the Bruins' forward allegedly broke objects, including a lamp, and grabbed his wife by the throat.
A disturbing account of the facts.
Note that he denied everything to the police upon their arrival at his home, appearing to be intoxicated.
In short, we just learned the reason that may have led to this domestic altercation.
The couple was returning from an evening out, and Lucic couldn't find his phone. He was convinced that it was his wife hiding it and refusing to give it to him, so he took it out on her. Not good.
«Operations relayed to the responding officers that the reporting party/victim called and stated that her husband attempted to choke her,» police wrote, according to the Globe. «The victim stated that her husband could not locate his cellphone after returning to their apartment after a night out. She stated that the suspect began yelling at her, demanding his phone back, believing she had hidden the phone. She stated that she did not have the phone or know where it was.»
And because of this, Lucic now risks months, even years of prison (up to two and a half years in prison).
Details to follow.
