Kent Hughes announces that he is working on a trade, and details get revealed
Montreal Canadiens General Manager Kent Hughes has just confirmed that he is still active in the trade market and is not done yet.
He hasn't finished making phone calls.
After Ivan Demidov and Michael Hage, could Hughes surprise us again in the next few hours?
Names like Martin Necas, Trevor Zegras, and Rutger McGroarty are still available on the NHL trade market, making this very interesting.
Additionally, young goaltender Yaroslav Askarov and New Jersey Devils forward Alexander Holtz (a 7th overall pick in 2020) were placed on the trade market yesterday, according to Frank Seravalli.
Kent Hughes is working on a trade!
The Canadiens' General Manager is not done surprising us, that's for sure. Here's the latest update.
«General Manager Kent Hughes was asked if he has something in the works, in terms of a trade currently. [Is he working on a trade right now?]»
