Andersson's contract is set to expire at the end of next season, and Flames GM Craig Conroy will have major decisions to make regarding his roster.
And now, the Montreal Canadiens have just been linked to the Swedish defenseman.
According to Sportsnet journalist Ryan Dixon, the Canadiens are one of five potential landing spots for Andersson, who is expected to have very high contract demands.
