We were talking about it even before it was official, but it has just been confirmed by the Quebec Remparts.
The Montreal Canadiens' goaltending prospect, Quentin Miller, has been traded in the QMJHL!
Miller is moving to the Rimouski Océanic.
"In addition to first and second-round picks in 2025, the Quebec Remparts have acquired goaltender Vincent Filion from the Océanic in the trade that will see Canadiens prospect Quentin Miller move to Rimouski, Le Journal has learned"
- Via TVA Sports
And there you have it! It's settled!
It will be interesting to watch Miller's development with a strong team in Rimouski.
Miller, 19 years old and a native of Montreal, is a 4th round pick of the Canadiens in 2023 (128th overall). He has a record of 12-13-1 this season, an average of 3.04, and a save percentage of 0.901 behind a rebuilding team.
That's very solid. He will now have the opportunity to experience a strong end to the season.
