A dramatic turn of events on the National Hockey League waivers: the Montreal Canadiens have an opportunity to trade a goalie
We've just had the surprise of the season in the NHL waivers!
Not long after awarding him a hefty contract of 25 million dollars, valid until 2025, the Edmonton Oilers have placed goalie Jack Campbell on waivers. Wow!

In 5 starts this season, Campbell has posted a 4.49 GAA and a .873 SV%, while the Oilers rank second to last in the NHL with a 2-8-1 record. OUCH!
