Jack Hughes just made a promise to Cole Caufield, and it might inspire him to follow suit

We love it! Let's hope that Hughes and his crew can pull off a win against the Carolina Hurricanes just as they did against the New York Rangers.

It would be quite an experience for Caufield and could definitely motivate him to win the NHL's ultimate trophy.

It's great to see the relationship between Hughes and Caufield.

Interestingly, Jack Hughes was recently in the exact same position as Caufield is currently with the Montreal Canadiens (seeking a long-term contract with his team after the expiration of his entry-level contract).

Hughes, who happens to have the same agent as Caufield, ultimately signed an 8-year contract worth a total of 64 million dollars (8 million per year).

This could be another comparable for our #22.
